I’m an award-winning journalist with 17 years of writing and editing experience. I write about health, fitness and sports, parenting, and pop culture.

I’ve worked as a copy editor in news, features and sports, as an assistant sports editor, layout editor, sports writer and staff reporter. I also shoot photos and videos.

I’m a mom, an athlete, a music lover, an amateur photographer, a college football fan, a reader, a cochlear implant awareness volunteer, and a public speaker.
